 IEP Notification for Certification as Chartered Engineer
Registration Act, whereby the powers of the Governing Body of IEP vests in the Administrator and in excercise of those powers and in the interest of IEP, the addition of Clause No: 8 (d) in the Bye-Laws of IEP is hereby ordered as under:
ADDITION BYE-LAWS NO: 8(D)
"The Fellow Engineers of the Institution of Engineers Pakistan having good professional standing of at least twenty years or more and having a satisfactory Engineering career and commendable services throughout shall be entitled to be certified as Charteered Engineers (IEP) whereas those having any marks of disgrace including indulgence in corruption or having been found guilty of administrative irregulatrities, breach of the Constitution & Bye-Laws of the IEP shall not be eleigible to the certification of Chartered Engineer"
The addition in Bye-Laws Clause No: 8 (d) shall take place with immediate effect.
